Staff onboarding links

Links new staff use to fill in their own record. Nothing they submit reaches the register on its own.

An applicant fills the form, the school admin checks it, and accepting it opens an ordinary new staff record — approved by the Supervising Director if New staff records is checked in Approval rules. A phone number or email already on the register is refused, so one person cannot end up with two records and two sign-ins.

Issue one per school, or per intake. School admins can also create their own 30-day link if Hand out staff onboarding links is on in permissions.

The form collects qualifications, TRCN registration, NIN and bank details. Those are sealed to the board — the school admin who checks the form sees that each was answered, not what it says, in keeping with qualification and grade level being off the school portal entirely.
